Tackling emergency. Saving lives.
Government’s islands of health infrastructure
if connected with a minimum additional cost,
service delivery can be more effective to
the remotest areas of the state. It also induces
responsibility of effective service in the
officials concerned through proper monitoring
using web-enabled online software. This thought
is the idea of the visionary,Sri Rajendra
Narendra Nimje, IAS, District Collector of
Khammam.

Responding instantly
The moment the call comes in the Health Call
Centre swings into action and alerts the nearest
PHC/Area Hospital, Ambulance and directs it
to the place of emergency. In case of nonavailability
of doctors/blood/ambulance, the next level
of escalation will be activated. An ambulance
will be sent from the next nearest available
resource. A team of doctors and ambulance
services are available round-the-clock in
the district hospital and will be tapped as
the last level.

Getting medical help, now made easy
A simple phone call, on toll free number -
102, is all that is needed to get help from
a Health Call Centre. Private specialist doctors
are networked for this noble cause and their
services are integrated in the project. This
exceptional service was launched byH.E. Sri
